Shipment is the last link that we can control. We will recommend good shipment forwarder and follow up the sailing. According to our experience, stand-on vessel is better than transship; bigger vessel is safer; insurance is needed although generally not used.

If everything doing well, we come to the loading check and the package check. There are thousands of pieces components for each building. Loading check and package are very important. The engineer who designs the building and the sales service person are required to inspect the container loading job together. Good container loading supervision will make sure the cargo arrive at the purpose port in good condition. And the clients or appointed 3rd party are welcomed to join us for the container loading.

Material purchase is the next step of quality control. We need to select the correct suppliers and supervise their job. We have been working in this industry for so many years; most of the material suppliers have been cooperated with us for many years. The suppliers have passed the exam of our factory and our customers. And the supplier should provide the QAC for each material supply. Our factory quality inspection department will make the material sampling re-examination. And some time, we will send the material to professional laboratory for a third party check to make sure the supplier doing well all the time.
